By using 49Blox, you agree to these Terms of Use. This includes any interactions with Blox, wallets, trading, or any services provided by the platform.

2. Definitions

  • Blox: Limited digital collectibles (max 49 per song) with no legal or financial claim over the music.
  • Collection: The set of Blox owned by a user.
  • Wallet: A digital account for storing and transferring Blox and receiving trade proceeds.
  • Estimated Value: A metric based on platform activity; not a financial return or guarantee.

3. User Conduct

  • Users must not engage in fraudulent trading, bots, or manipulation.
  • Artists must own or have rights to music uploaded.
  • Users are responsible for securing their accounts and wallet access.

4. Trading Blox

  • Blox may be bought and sold on the 49Blox Exchange.
  • All sales are final.
  • 49Blox is not liable for price fluctuations.

5. No Financial Claims

  • Blox are not shares, securities, or investment contracts.
  • Owning Blox does not entitle holders to royalties, revenue participation, or copyright.

6. Platform Changes

We may update pricing models, trading rules, or algorithm logic at any time.

7. Disclaimers

  • All features are provided as-is.
  • Estimated Values are informational and not to be relied on as financial advice.
  • Users are responsible for any tax obligations resulting from Blox sales.

Terms of Blox Ownership

1. What You Own

  • 1 of 49 digital Blox tied to a song
  • The right to trade that Blox
  • The ability to display the Blox in your collection

2. What You Don’t Own

  • Any copyright in the song
  • Any music royalties
  • Any license to use the music commercially

3. Permitted Use

  • Share your Blox on social media
  • Display your Blox in your profile
  • Trade Blox on the 49Blox Exchange

4. Resale Proceeds

  • When you sell a Blox, you may receive proceeds based on the sale price.
  • Resale proceeds are from a single collectible transfer, not ongoing royalties.

5. Legal Status

  • Blox are not securities, investments, or financial assets.
  • The 49Blox platform is a collectibles marketplace, not a regulated securities exchange.

Terms & Conditions

1. Payments

All transactions on 49Blox are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers including Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers.

2. Platform Fees

49Blox charges a 5% platform fee per transaction and retains one (1) Blox per song release. The remaining funds are transferred to the artist.

3. Artist Responsibilities

  • You must own or have the rights to the content you upload.
  • You are responsible for fulfilling any promises made to fans when selling Blox.
  • You agree not to use 49Blox for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

4. Refunds

All Blox sales are considered final. Refunds are handled only in cases of technical error or unauthorized transactions, and will be processed through Stripe/PayPal policies.
